Ferzende Özer
Founder and CEO
Ferzende Özer, born in 1977, is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Online Gümrük. He is responsible for defining the company’s strategic vision, providing corporate leadership, overseeing operational processes, and driving the development of its international business activities.
Özer graduated from the Department of Machinery at Anadolu University in Eskişehir. Throughout his professional career, he has participated in major projects across the machinery, construction, international trade, logistics, and customs brokerage sectors. He previously held key executive positions in large-scale construction projects in Türkiye, served in managerial roles within the machinery industry, and played an important role in organizing and managing Şişecam’s international regional dealership network. In this capacity, he successfully managed international trade operations and distribution processes.
Drawing on many years of experience, he has contributed to numerous large-scale public and private sector projects, gaining extensive expertise in project management, international trade, supply chain management, customs operations, and corporate management.
Ferzende Özer is the father of four children and is fluent in Turkish, Persian, Kurdish, and Arabic. He also has a basic command of English. Through his strong leadership, solution-oriented management approach, and extensive experience in international trade, he continues to lead the company’s sustainable growth while overseeing the expansion of its presence in global markets.

Eda Aydın manages the company’s financial and accounting operations and is responsible for issuing invoices, preparing financial reports, and overseeing financial activities.
